Ontario Food Hub Expansion Project
The Local Organic Food Co-op Network has launched Ontario's Regional Food Hub Project. The Project is managed by Sally Miller and provides capacity building, business planning, regional forums, and collaboration amongst four regional food hubs. The project outcomes include templates for hub development and a range of online resources for food hub development across Canada.
