The Local Organic Food Co-op Network has launched Ontario's Regional Food Hub Project. The Project is managed by Sally Miller and provides capacity building, business planning, regional forums, and collaboration amongst four regional food hubs.

Food Hubs are sprouting up all over North America, in large and small communities, some with physical facilities and others virtual.
