However, for those seeking ways to support Canada’s food movement and receive a charitable tax receipt, FSC encourages donations to the People’s Food Institute (PFI). The PFI is a newly registered Canadian charity that was established to advance research, education and networking on the right to food, food sovereignty, food security, sustainable food systems and ecological agricultural practices. FSC works with PFI to achieve these purposes.
