The Story of The Seed:

Working Together for Food Justice in Guelph

A webinar

Listen to the story about how the community of Guelph, Ontario is changing the way it thinks about food security through community - academic collaboration. This webinar was held on May 22nd, 2014.

You will learn how a coalition of community partners have come together to create The Seed - a project informed by local research and community consultation, and inspired by the Community Food Centre model.

The presenters shared the results of some local research on the issue, and discussed the actions that have been connected to that research.

This webinar is part of a series offered through a collaboration between Food Secure Canada and Carleton University on the Community Food Security Hub of the CFICE project (Community First: Impacts of Community Engagement).
