A Food Policy Council is vital to ensuring that the upcoming National Food Policy builds a food system that is sustainable, encourages healthy food and is equitable. To discuss the challenges and opportunities around a such a council, Food Secure Canada and CFICE gathered leaders from civil society, academia and industry for a special panel on March 23, 2018 at the University of Ottawa.
