CDPAC 2016 Conference — Integrated Chronic Disease Prevention: The Value Proposition

Hosted by the Chronic Disease Prevention Alliance of Canada, the CDPAC 2016 conference focuses on the health, economic, and social value created through integrated chronic disease prevention. Conference sessions will address seven cross-cutting themes: Economic benefits and return on investment; wellness of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples; partnerships; mental wellness; workplace health; inequities; and evaluation.
