The Food Matters Live 2015 Conference addresses this complex and challenging subject through a rich and varied programme across 17 thought-provoking debates.
70 leading figures from across government, industry, science and health will join renowned commentators and chefs to explore the drivers for increasing the availability and consumption of nutritious food and drink across all age groups, while also making the important connections between the environment, population health and wellbeing.
The conference takes place in the main auditorium within the exhibition and is free to attend. Places for each session will be available on a first come, first served basis.
